I found the whole interview process start to finish really fantastic. The hiring team went above and beyond to make sure I was clear about what was going on each step of the way. Following an initial screening call, I had to complete an excel and powerpoint exercise. I then completed four 1:1 interviews, one in person and three through VC. The interviews were a good balance of questions to allow me discuss my knowledge and experience and time for me to ask questions about the role/team/company etc. I left the interviews knowing exactly what the role would entail and happy in the knowledge that I had represented myself well. The whole process took about 3 weeks and went very smoothly.
