HR recruiters are horrible at follow-through that has impacted my perception (negatively) about Gilead overall. Applied on-line to one role and was also referred by an employee. Within 1 week had phone interview with hiring manager and and was told by recruiter feedback was positive and would hear about next steps in about a week. Then nothing. Recruiter fell off face of earth and did not respond to email request for feedback. About a month later contacted by a different recruiter about an un-posted role who said they were reaching out to people they liked in the past. Recruiter was quite positive about moving forward with my candidacy, but again, no follow-through. Recently contacted by a different, 3rd recruiter about a new role as a "select list" of contacts, but no follow-through. What is going on at Gilead - is there so much turnover that recruiters are under pressure to generate candidates that they can't close the loop with candidates (Director level) who interview with hiring managers? Is Gilead unable to scale and handle growth? Why are there 3 recruiters for the same dept who don't know what the other is doing? Staffing and HR are the face to the (small) world and are an indicator of what is going on inside a company and they're a mess.

Series of four interviews; TA-30 mins; Hiring Manager-30 mins with a 1.5 hour panel being the last interview( 3-4 people) before a final with Human Resources. Overall, it was well organized.

Very efficient and well organised by the Talent team. Great interview questions which have insights to the role, expectations, and the company. At all times I was updated on the status of my application.
