Took 2+ months to get a phone interview which I feel is standard for bigger companies. Phone interview was relaxed but there were some tough questions. HR was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Been waiting awhile for the in person interview but have maintained contact with HR. Outlook looks good but waiting is painful.
