It was a very friendly process and I felt very comfortable with the interviewer. It was a zoom meeting. He was kind enough to give me feedback at the end of the process.

I had an initial chat with the recruiter that went really well, quickly followed up by an interview with the team leader which also went great. I moved on to the next stage which is a 3 part design test. After this I was effectively ghosted. I followed up twice and on the second attempt was told I would have feedback in a week which didn't come. A month later I received an automated email survey informing me I had finished the recruitment process and requesting feedback on my experience. I got in touch with the recruiter I had spoken with initially and was told that I hadn't been successful in my application for the Senior Graphic Designer role but that they were considering me for more of an Art Director role and he said he would be in touch within a week to discuss further. 2 months later and nothing. Very poor treatment of a candidate especially with the time I invested, I didn't even get a formal decision on my application. It doesn't take much to send a quick email to a candidate when they have gone through 3 stages of the interview process.
