I was recruited over Linkedin and had a pre-screening interview and then a 30-min call with a recruiter. Even though I didn't pass this stage, the entire experience was very pleasant. Both people involved made me feel very comfortable and communication was clear over email. I found the recruiter call especially good since she lead the interview in a way that felt like it was a casual conversation, which calmed my nerves and allowed my answers to feel organic. Standard process starting with a recruiter screen, followed by a HackerRank coding assessment, a technical interview, and an Engineering Manager interview. The team was friendly and communicative throughout. Overall timeline was about 4 weeks. Well-organized and transparent experience.
