4 steps: 1) Apply for position 2) Short Skype call with general questions & explanation of the position 3) Another Skype call, this time with technical questions 4) Full day on-site. A small project to be completed in about 4 hours or so, lunch with team and two 1-hour long interviews (with both technical and non-technical questions) followed by presentation of the task.
