Phone & In person. Submitted web app. Phone screen then a formal invite to Detroit for interview. Interview was 2 part panel. Lominger based format. Similar to STAR format. Questions are both easy and extremely difficult. They are situational based questions. Answers should be formatted to ACTIONS, THINKING, OUTCOME, LEARNINGS & APPLICATION.

All over the place. They used a recruiter. Keyword is Enterprise Rent a Car. Figured out they prefer to hire former employee to avoid paying salary one deserves for the responsibility.

Process was well streamlined, after being contacted by a recruiter and contacted by someone from talent acquisition to set up a time and date for interview, the process took a little more than a week before the interview. Interview took place with two members from GM's corporate and took just over an hour to complete.

The interview was a targeted interview, meaning they focused on your competencies (i.e. trust,being able to learn on the fly, ability to deal with adversity etc.)

Had countless video and phone interviews. Approximately 14 in total. Process was very long and drawn out.
The majority of the questions asked were very general...
Tell me about a situation in which you made the wrong decision and how you would change it.
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult person at your job.
Why do you want to work for GM.
Etc...
Was offered the position, got to speak with several people who held the position and they said it was close to 100 hours a week, driving was frequent and very far, relocation occurs every 9-12 months.
