Got a call from GM recruiter from Texas, and then I got a face to face interview at the HQ in Detroit. I met with 3 very nice guys, very decent, very respectful, and I felt very welcomed. went through the STAR style questions that is widely used in most of GM interviews.

the traditional GM style for STAR interviews. they will ask you a question and you have to respond with a situation, the task, action, outcome, and what you have learned.
