very unprofessional. My first discussion was with HR and she hadn't even read my resume. She asked me questions such as where do i work, how long and my education. Those things were listed in my resume. Then the management felt that I am not a good fit because i dont have exact 4 years of experience as a data scientist. They didnt even talk to me or go through my work!
