I applied online through my college's job portal. I was offered an interview through this system as well. There were 2 interviewers. 3 behavioral based questions and a few other random questions about my resume and interests regarding job title and location. I voiced that while I applied for Labor relations I was interested in Human Resources. Was told I would have a decision in 2 weeks but it was over a month before I heard back. Was offered a position at headquarters in Human Resources.
