I applied online. After about 1 month, I got a phone interview with HR first and then onsite interview with the group and hiring manager after one week. The phone interview was general. HR asked basic information and several questions like what is your career goal. The onsite interview started with a presentation.

How do you solve a complicate problem in your work
One phone screen, one video interview (HireVue) and final interview.
I am saying I did not get the offer because I never really heard back from the recruiter (despite emails) even after I invested the time for a final interview.
Very disappointed and likely wont apply to other jobs in this company with this treatment. Had a better experience with other companies and am on verge of accepting an offer elsewhere.
