On Campus (University) interview process. Very straightforward process with many behavioral questions. Asked about previous projects, interests in GM, why GM etc. Asked to describe projects and how they relate to work at GM. Interviews all done using the STAR method. Initial stage was something of a screening step, then asked to interview with managers. Managers conduct the interview and describe the STAR method. They even provide a rubric. The managers are quite nice, very straight forward and helpful throughout the process.

Hirevue is the first step. A video recording asking you 3-5 questions. Familiarize yourself with the tool and process before starting. Next will be an in-person interview. At least 2 people will meet with you. They're asking for examples of your work regarding typical situations related to the job. Most interviews take about 1 hour.

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
non-technical, just asking about you and your interests
On campus interview, pretty casual. Only logistic and behavioral questions. Asked me to talk about my experience on my resume. The Recruiter was really friendly and showed interests in the research project that I was working on.
