After the initial screening, there was a video portion where you are asked 3 questions and your answer is recorded. This is reviewed by the hiring team to determine if you move to an interview with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring team is to determine how well you fit with the company's core values in addition to how well you can do the job.
