I spoke to them at my university's career fair and was contacted a couple hours later to set up a 30 minute "pre-screen" interview. This was followed by an actual hour-long interview 3 days later on campus. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, then got an email to set up a site-visit. I received an offer two days after my visit.

Nothing unexpected. There were no technical questions and only run of mill behavioral questions as well as follow up questions to items on my resume.
