The process wasn't hard. You take the computer test. If you are a slow learner like me then you`ll fail it. Dont worry! I am here to give you an insight on it, because nobody on here have explained what the computer assessment test is about or like. The software we took the test on is called AmeriMed. You have 3 parts to the test but they are all the same just faster than the previous part. On the left hand side of the screen are the Query (Issues). On the top mid of the screen you see small tabs (claims, service, health etc) Once you see something on the Query screen(with a timer next to it) click on it. Once you open it (let's say its service) go to the top tab that say "service" and answer the questions. Their are 3 maximum questions on each issues. It goes like something like this; box 1: customer`s name box 2: policy number box 3: where are they from (location). For example: Hi, my name is John Doe and I have been a costumer for eight years now. I pay $50 monthly. My policy number is 1234567. My family and I lvalue and love your service. I am from Orlando, Florida. Hint: You don`t have to read the issue (Query) word for word just skim through it and pick out the info that's needed.
