First step is an assessment test that is rather easy to pass. If you do pass you will then role play over the phone pretending to be a sales rep or a service rep for a company. If you pass that portion they will normally hire you then and there. Next step is shadowing an agent on the phone for about 45 min. Then paper work signed for being hired. Drug test is schedule about a week out .

Lots of tests and interviews. Be prepared to make at least 2-3 trips to Geico. Each visit was about an hour to two hours in length. The people were very nice. Be sure to dress up and look neat. Cover up any tattoos and remove any 'unprofessional' piercings. Just give it your best.
