The interview process took four months to complete. I started with a phone interview with HR, didn't hear back for about 2 months. When I did hear back, I had a phone interview with a manager. Then I heard back after a few weeks with an offer! During my interview process I was asked to switch tracks from Software Developer to System Analyst, which I accepted.
