Severe waste of my time.
I did a phone screening interview---simple questions asking if I was comfortable with the training/job requirements. (3 month training away from home, high GPA required to pass training, 97% attendance required)
Then I had to take a proctored test via computer. I had to call into the recruiter while using a conference software on my computer. This test literally took me 15 minutes, but because you have to wait for everyone else it took almost an hour.
I then was told that same day that I passed the test and had to schedule an over the phone interview.
This interview lasted about 30 minutes and was the standard STAR type interview with a couple of
'How would you negotiate" questions.
After passing that portion of the interview I had to drive two hours to take a simulation. The simulations includes a few scenarios where you are given instructions of a job and expected to perform on demand.
Make sure you recognize that you don't really need ALL that paper. The "customers" coming in will provide you with pretty much everything you need to do well.
They told me give it a week---I called in after a week and they told me that I passed the scenario. Two days later however, I received a generic e-mail saying that the position was no longer open?
Makes no sense.
I want my gas money and the day off of work I took back!

Question 1
If a body shop is estimating 8 hours and you have only estimated 6 how would you negotiate?
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
