This interview process was the longest that I've ever sat through. It started with a typing test, then a small interview with an HR rep, then role-playing situations, then shadowing an agent on the floor, then a final interview. Then there was a background check and drug test that took up to a week to get the results.

Very thorough interview process. You should prepare for a question on why you are leaving your current job. The interviewer will also ask questions based on your resume skills section specific to the insurance industry.
