The interview process was concluded in one very long day. Started out with some computerized test then face to face with team lead and so on. I was there for about 5 hours.

Very thorough interview process. You should prepare for a question on why you are leaving your current job. The interviewer will also ask questions based on your resume skills section specific to the insurance industry.

The interview was the same as every other company that is interview for customer service agent positions. Same questions some not relevant to the position applying for. It was a little bit confusing.

Short. Not worth your time. Interviewer lied about his name. Asked very basic questions, was not impressed. For a company so hard to get into they're really easy to get into
