      Entretien

I reviewed Glassdoor a million times during this process, and I have to admit I believe it worries me more than calmed me down. I started by applying online. The next step was a very short phone screening by a recruiter. The next step was a personality test along with a short analytical test. These were both very easy if you have common sense. The next step was a long phone interview that took about 1 hour for me, but depending on your answers it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. It goes over situational based questions, why this job/company, and your past work experiences. After this I was asked to take another test online that involved a much longer time. This test was more difficult because it was more problem solving/analytical. You’re not timed, so there’s no need to stress. After this I was asked to come in for a roleplay interview. I was most stressed about this part, as I had read in here that It was the worst experience some people have ever had. Some people claimed it was unnecessary in the job application process, however I don’t agree with that at all. It tests you on your ability to multi task, deal with customers, and negotiate with companies. The roleplay lasted about 1:30 hours. My best advice is to just stay calm, narrow down what pages offer the vital information, and relax. They understand this is new to people and they understand that you’re nervous. Just breath. After this, I was asked to stay for a final interview. This should have been the most straddling interview, as it was with the regional manager and two supervisors, however they made a welcoming and warm environment. I felt like I was chatting with friends for the 1:30 duration. My interview ended and they needed to go over my test scores from the roleplay and my interview answers. I received a call about 6 hours after my interview with a job offer. It’s a stressful process, but if you remain calm and confident, and be yourself, there’s no reason you shouldn’t finish with flying colors. My entire process from online application to offer lasted just over 3 weeks.
