Entretien
First you fill an application online. I think there were 3 different stages which comprised of a mix of behavioral and technical problems. Then move on to a phone interview. After that, they fly you out to headquarters around Washington DC for an in person at corporate.
There was an initial screening and one behavioral interview that lasted an hour. The process was pretty normal, and the turnaround was very quick. Knew weather or not I had the job within two weeks

I was mostly given situations and asked what I would do in those situations. The situations were mostly gauging on what I would do as a leader. Both interviews had such similar content.

Had first phone interview-- really nice but im nervous because I already work in a call center and I dk if I want to jump into another call center environment.
