First thing I received was an email sending me to a website where I can do some competencies. Easy enough, I "passed" and received a short phone interview. The recruiter I spoke to liked what i had to say so she scheduled me for a longer, more in depth interview with the hiring manager. I then had another phone interview with the hiring manager which lasted over an hour. The interview contained a whole lot of situational questions (what would you, have you ever been in a situation, tell me about a time etc) and was much more detailed.
This is where it got weird... the hiring manager then said that she liked what she heard and she wanted to move on to an in-person interview which would include some sort of test. She scheduled a date but told me that she will email the time and place so I can go and meet her there...
The next day she calls me back just to remind me that she will be emailing me soon and for me not to worry about it.
The interview day came and went, without an email or phone call whatsoever. I even called her and left her a voicemail just to let her know that I did not receive anything yet. Still haven't heard back from anyone at Geico.
Now, I understand that when a manager says something along the lines of "We will let you know" it doesn't always mean a for sure interview. The thing is, this hiring manager literally said "I want to move on to the next step with you, you will be receiving an email that includes the place and time for our interview.."
Not very professional imo... if they decided not to go with my application i would have rather they told me straight up instead of lying and trying to hide to avoid my phone calls.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a very upset customer and how did you rectify the situation. Be very specific.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
