surprise Phone interview, asked questions one would need to prepare for. I was totally unprepared, as it was the middle of the day while I was at my other job and the Interview was not scheduled with me in advance.

First I had a screening interview via phone which took 5 mins just asking basic questions then an online assessment then an HR interview via phone then a hiring manager interview via webcam.
