I took an online exam, about 2 hours that was all Excel based questions. This was rather difficult and was very in-depth. After this, I had a phone interview which means that I passed the exam which was more or less surprising because the Excel test was very difficult. The woman I spoke with was very nice and wanted to learn more about the practical experience I had.

The interview is literally like a SCAM! I received a pre-interview homework with very vague instructions before I even talk to someone. It took me hours to build a dashboard. No feedback from the team and I have no idea how they will use my work. Is this even legal nowadays? I got an interview later but the recruiter is so unprofessional, who can’t keep the words and shows no respect of my time. I declined the interview. I’ll never apply for GEICO for the sake of respecting myself.
The interview process was the usual of behavioral questions and situational questions. There are phone calls, then zoom calls available for various positions. If you are selected with each step, you get emails to move forward.

Basic behavioral interview questions for phone screen like describe who you are, explain a challenge you overcame. They then give you a small overview of the role at the company. They said they would get back within the week.
