Entretien
Three step interview process:
1. Pre-screening - phone call - basic questions to understand your experience and interests for the job.
2. Screening: Detailed technical phone interview: questions related to skills required to perform the job.
3. Interview: 2 hours face to face interview with two managers: very structured interview to understand skills, life experience and ability to perform the job.
Process very fair, very professional and not exhausted as it could be sometimes with other companies.

Entretien
It was a behavior interview with a couple of technical questions about quality tools I had learned. It started with an in person behavior interview. Then I had a phone interview to discuss my technical background with the manager I would be working under. Shortly after I received an offer and had to take a drug test.

Entretien
Applied online at Ford site. Within a week, got an email and then a call for setting up phone interview with HR recruiter. Phone screening with HR followed by 1:1 with a panel at Ford HQ
