I was contacted by the recruitment agency and had an initial phone interview. After one week they called me and told me to come for an interview in ExxonMobil. It took around 1.5 hour. I was interviewed by HR representant and Manager of Engineering team. HR asked typical questions: describe a situation when you had a problem with your collegue, and how you handled it, describe a situation when you had to make a difficult decision, describe a situation when you had to cooperate with the others to accomplish a task... Manager asked questions related to the position and checking my knowledge. They also asked me in the end why I chose ExxonMobil.

Describe a situation when you had to make a split second decision
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
