I applied for the position online and the HR recruiter contacted me within few weeks. I had an initial phone interview with the HR recruiter. I'm trying to relocate to a different state so she said I would have another phone interview with the hiring manager. I thought my phone interview with the hiring manager went pretty well. She seems to like my background and experience. I also had a good vibe about the team. She said she would like for me to speak to few other people in the team. I was told that the HR recruiter will contact me the next two weeks. I had not heard anything from them for two weeks. I reached out to the HR recruiter and the hiring manager after three weeks, but did not get any response. I thought it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate to not send out an email to let the candidate know the interview decision. In fact, not even a reply. Company's culture is reflected in the interview process. I'm glad it did.
