A technical recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and I accepted a phone interview. She was 15 min late and she was not apologetic. After having the initial interview she explained that the next step was to have a call with the hiring manager. I did not hear back from her for two weeks so I sent a follow up email and she said the position was on hold for a while but still available and she would schedule a call shortly. She scheduled a call for "Workday position" and I asked her what the call was for and she said she scheduled a call for a wrong position. She arranged another call a week later and when we got on the call and she started discussing about the Senior SRE manager role as if the initial call did not take place so I asked her if she was aware that we already had the initial call and it was supposed to be a call with the hiring manager. She admitted that she completely forgot about the fact that the initial call already took place. She asked me to apply for the role on-line and that time I stopped wasting my time.
