The process took a few weeks. After applying via their online platform, they requested a phone call and then we settle an appointment for the first interview. I talked to the human resources staff and then the responsible of the department I had applied for. They were both very welcoming and easygoing, so the interview seemed more like a conversation between friends, really. A week after they called me for a second interview (last phase) with the the head of the department, which had a little more of indepth questions, but also very easy. They called me a couple of hours later that same day to offer me the position.

Straightforward compared to some similarly sized companies. Three interview rounds and an assignment. Did not receive feedback about the assignment. Interviewers were friendly and spoke openly about their experience working for the company.
Recruiter call lead to an interview with the hiring manager. If you pass that round, you proceed into cross functional interviews with team leads from operations, creative, analytics, and product. Following that you talk to the recruiter again to wrap up the process.
