I sent the application, and after some time got invited to a screening Zoom screening meeting. We had a nice chat and after that I was told they'll come back after discussing with the team lead after a couple of days. It's more than a week and they don't answer my emails. Even though I explicitly told them I got another offer, and let's start the process only if Elastic can reach the decision in 2 weeks. Update: Elastic contacted me and apologized for getting back to me late, due to an emplooyee being out of office.
