Nice experience overall with a few rounds of technical and behavioral interviews. Seems they value more the behavioral part since their positions are remote first.
Easy leetcode style problems and other questions related to concurrency or system design.
Behavior interview is more serious than expected and is better to prepare before, use STAR framework.

Had a very nice 45 minutes talk with the recruiter. Talked about my previous experience, my skills, my goals in a career. And from the other side the project, the position, the company.
Ultimately, however, it was a waste of time because the position apparently required open source experience. This supposedly means that you have a unique set of skills that you couldn't have acquired otherwise. In my opinion, it's a rather silly filter to have.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the position requirements and appreciate your perspective, as it helps us continually refine our hiring process. We wish you success in your future endeavors.

It’s based on three interviews, excluding the first one with HR, in the others, there are always two interviewers, which is a very important detail to reduce bias. It's clear that the interviewers have extensive interview experience (beyond their vast technical expertise). They don't just assess your knowledge of a specific library; I understand they're evaluating broader criteria. In my experience, it's one of the best processes I've ever undertaken, regardless of the outcome. It's clear that the company's values are reflected in the interviews.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They give you an exercise, and you do a live code review of it.
They also dig into your work experience and ask follow-up questions about it.
