The interview was done via Skype. I was expecting multiple interviews but only had one. The questions were relatively easy and common sense. At the end of the interview I was offered the job on the spot which should have been a red flag. It seemed like the company was desperate to get anyone to fill their position.

Entretien
Very straight forward and fun. I think they have a good culture and working environment. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I met with the sales manager and general manager.

Met with four managers, talked about my sales experience, had to show my skills as a salesman by selling a car to one of the managers and just talking to see if I fit in with the team.

It was a fairly brief process..signed up on indeed and a recruiter reached out. I came in the next day and was asked a few questions about my background and my general interest in the company.
