The interview process was very easy. I sent in my resume and received a call from DriveTime the next day. I had a phone interview with the HR department head who asked me very basic questions. Following the phone interview I was called in for another interview with the department. The interview was a very conversational style interview. The woman I interviewed with was very calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. The interviews were quick as well.
