First I had a phone interview with in HR associate. An interview with the general manager at the site then followed. For my final interview I spoke with the regional manager over the phone which was supposed to be a Skype interview. Overall the interview was very laid-back. My advice would be to seem as outgoing as possible to land the job. In the interview ask as many questions as possible.

Very straight forward and fun. I think they have a good culture and working environment. It lasted for about 30 minutes. I met with the sales manager and general manager.

Met with four managers, talked about my sales experience, had to show my skills as a salesman by selling a car to one of the managers and just talking to see if I fit in with the team.
