I love the interview process for DISH! I believe many companies could learn from this interview process because I feel as though it covers all the bases and focuses on important parts of what goes into position. It is very effective in terms of hiring someone that has the key attributes that the company is looking for. It may be extensive but you can never be too careful when it comes to keeping up with the office work culture and making sure adequacies are met. I am still in the interview process and have had a set of questionnaires, a phone interview, a zoom interview, another questionnaire that I am working on, I completed adding my references (through a cool platform that they use), and will have a series of in person interviews next potentially, if all goes well! I have thoroughly enjoyed this experience thus far.
