Applied online. Got a call from a recruiter, spoke for 20-30 mins on general stuff. He told me I'd be getting a SHL assessment to fill out before heading to the next round. The assessment was in no way related to the job. The second round was a week later, which was moderate. Half behavioral and half technical. I got an email 2 days later they're scheduling me for a final interview and asked for references before. I rang up some colleagues and asked them to be on the lookout for an email. Up until this, everything was good. On the day of my final interview, one hour before the interview, they call me to tell they've filled the position. This is an absolute waste of my time. How can they fill the position if they haven't interviewed everyone yet? Or why set up interview if you're waiting to hear back from your preferred candidate?

Entretien
It's just a piece of crap.
Even after getting warning from lot of friends from even having idea about at interviewing at dish, I still went ahead and attended the interview with Dish wireless team. Man I don't know where to start from ,
I completed the interview and got verbal offer and things changed from there
1) I Interviewed for full time but hiring manager said I should go contract to hire as he all was hires people that way because he mentioned he doesn't trust in his own interview process. Appears that hiring manager has tie ups with the contract company so that he can make money of me
2) First company ever hiring manager calls you directly to negotiate salary saying he doesn't trust his recruiting team
3) Recruiting team told me a salary range which I agreed upon to work for this cultureess unprofessional company. But after completing all interview process , hiring manager calls me to say that he is not aligned with recruiting team and he came with an offer which is 50 k less than the range recruiters offered .... Seriously ....
I'm deeply frustrated, this is an era where people value more than getting a job. There is something called culture which these guys would never understand.
Btw, interview process is ridiculous and they guy who asked me question doesn't know they answer when I asked him the question back to himself
If you are thinking about working with this company even after reading this, you are either incapable of finding job outside or you are willing to put your life at risk
