It was a phone interview, and the recruiter was super late contacting me. They asked me a number of "tell me about a time" questions. I could tell they did not review my resume, as they did not ask any questions about my background or experience. Also, when I asked questions pertaining to the position and the company, I got vague answers in response (as if they were hiding something). My interview was weeks ago, and I never received any further communication from them. I will never apply with these unprofessional, disorganized people again, and I would advise against doing so (unless they enjoy having their time wasted).
