I found the job posting on the DISH website. I applied online and uploaded my resume. There was an online test that seemed to be check my basic problem solving abilities. A few days later, I received a call from the HR section in Colorado and did a phone interview. After the phone call, I was set up for an in-person interview. I arrived early, but that was not necessary because the person who interviewed me didn't see me until almost an hour after the scheduled time. The interview went well and I left with the impression that the job was mine if I passed all the other pre-employment screenings. I got an email a couple of days later telling me I had 48 hours to go to a lab they listed and get a drug test done. About a week after the drug test was done I got a call from the HR section again offering me the job.

Very smooth and a lot of information about what the job descriptions will be and the process to getting selected for the job and how the training will go week by week and the all the benefits that come with the position.
