Invited in for face to face with GM and OM. Good guys, basic questions like why Dish? Why this position? What is the difference between a leader and a manager, what are short/long term goals.

It was prompt, professional and Tyler, the Hiring Manager presented the company's expectations for the position in a competent and friendly manner. There were opportunities for me to ask xlarifying questions and while it was quick, I did feel understood.
