Typical call center cattle call. Each person was given an opportunity to interview 1:1 and then complete the hiring paperwork. They pretty much said that everyone there earns a minimum of $50k and some as much as $200. Talked to an employee as I was leaving only to find out there may only be a few individuals who make over $50k.

The process was very easy-going not hard at all. It ran very smooth. Jessica was very thorough and spoke with great knowledge. Probably the best interview process I’ve had in a while overall !
