Entretien
3 rounds of interviews + minimum 2 hour assessments + reference checks. Stated my absolute bare minimum salary expectations from the get-go which fell in the middle of their pay range. Checked in at multiple stages with the recruiter to reiterate that bare minimum. Received an offer for thousands less. Wanted to open dialogue for negotiations and was told that there would be no changes.
