Had a phone interview, then a one on one interview. They then told me that i had to give them 4 e-mails of previous supervisors / managers so they could take a survey of me. i found out later this survey was 30 questions long. After everything was checked out they offered me the job. The whole process took a couple weeks. Almost didnt take the job because of the stupid hops they made me jump through to get the job.
