I applied to DISH online. I received a call from a company recruiter within a week to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was brief and consisted of a few questions about the experience on my resume, described the job and asked if I still wanted to pursue the position. The recruiter then directed me to take an online exam.
After the online exam, I emailed the recruiter to let them know I'd completed it. I never received a response. I consider that entirely unprofessional. At the very least, a short form email with "We've decided no to continue with you as a candidate" is not too much to ask.
However, given my continued research of DISH's culture and business practices - and now this experience - I can't say I'm brokenhearted to not be going forward with the process.

Great experience. Fun to interview with. Be prepared with follow up questions to ask the team to understand daily operations and needs. The program requires a lot of detail and focus, which isn't a bad thing. Just be prepared.

Overall a great process! The recruiter that I worked with was amazing. He was very kind and communicative throughout the process. The process moved quickly- phone screen with recruiter, 30 minute call with hiring manager, take home task (video) and 2 online personality tests, interview with two hiring managers, interview with another manager. The longest part of the process was waiting for their decision (which did come almost two weeks later than they said it would). In the end they decided to go with someone else, but I am confident that it Dish would be a great place to work!

Most unprofessional interview process I have ever been through. Heard so many bad things about working for this company! Based on both of those factors this is not a company I would ever want to work for.
