I could not be more impressed with the Criteo interview process. The team was highly communicative, which as a job seeker I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the team brought me through the interview process in a very efficient manner, always getting back to me with next steps within 48 hours of each interview. They never left me in the dark, always keeping me updated. Last but certainly not least, the team provided valuable feedback at the end of the process.
The interview process consisted of a phone screening with a Technical Recruiter, two in-person interviews with members of the Technical Solutions Team, and a final video interview with the Global Director of Technical Solutions. The first in-person interview also included a written exercise to test my attention to detail. From application to offer, the process took about 3 weeks.

Let's say you get a request from an Account Strategist to fix a creative issue with a live campaign, and at the same time you receive a ticket from Sales imploring you to set up a new account as soon as possible. Both tasks take a substantial amount of time and effort, and you can only choose one. Which do you choose, and why? And how would you turn down the other request?

I interviewed some years ago to a Barcelona-based Ad Operations Specialist role. The interview process was smooth and with a quick turnaround on follow-ups. I got an offer within 2 weeks. The interview was not difficult. I suggest to candidates to prepare well about Criteo's product offering, company values and try to show a lot of excitement!

The interview consisted of: - one interview with HR (short, orientative) - one interview with the manager (team fit, technical tasks) - one interview with the team member (team fit) All three were really professional and to the point.

30-minute call with HR, 2 face-to-face interviews and 1 final video-conference.
My interview experience was really positive and the whole process was smooth with good fexibility on interview dates. Interviewers were respectful and professional, providing a complete overview of the position and being always open to questions. The recruiter was always very kind and helpful, following me through all the interview process even during Christmas Holidays. All other HR members were really supportive. Listening the Global Director talking about the Company culture and values was really inspiring.
