    Exciting projects
    Great and talented team mates
    Fun with nice perks : company annual parties, travel & culture stipends, etc

    Inconvénients

    Little sense in hiring some senior roles (why high someone very expensive with little credentials when the role isn't that useful? Many of such hiring fails happened and at outrageous cost).

    Conseils à la direction

    Too many unnecessary jobs/roles, dont create more in these hard times (transitional period) for the company. Its common sense!!

    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Criteo.

    Entretien

    Three round interview process: phone screening, back-to-back interview calls, then mock-pitch at the office. Incredibly efficient staff. Was constantly impressed at how quickly everything progressed at each stage. People were very friendly and professional at each stage.
