      4 stages interview: - Phone interview with an HR - Phone interview with two team leaders - Interview with two managers - Phone conversation with your colleagues Run in a very professional and well-structured manner. With accurate questions and a lot of information provided in regards to the position and the company. Lady from HR who handled my recruitment process was very friendly and informative. The interviews with the team leaders and managers consisted of questions as well as a mock-up sales pitch presentation, first thought the phone to introduce the product and later in person to try to close the transaction. It was a very interesting experience and even if not being successful, something that would teach a lot anyone participating. I was amazed how accurately it showed all my strengths and weaknesses as a salesman. It was impossible to 'hide' anything so both recruiters as well as myself got a good overview of my candidature and profile. The recruiters were friendly, but in the same time they did not give away their feelings towards my answers and performance, which made it hard to get the feeling in regards to myself doing a good or bad job there. It was by far the most accurate and professional recruitment process I have ever encountered and I am excited to join Criteo seeing how well organised it is.

      3 rounds - 1st was a casual chat, 2nd with HR and 3rd with the Hiring manager. Short interview process in all however not the most organised. The vibe was very dependent on the person you interviewed with so hard to gauge the employer vibe.

      One call with HR for some explanation and skills review One call with a team lead One video call with two managers The third call was conducted by a new appointed manager that was clearly close minded and was not thinking out of the box for one second, it’s good to train your employees for sales techniques but make sure that they can go a little bit out of their role sometimes and use other techniques and soft skills. Time lost for me as you guys don’t give any news post interview plus really low compensation. No wonder why you have shitty reviews lately in Barcelona if you have such people in your team It’s ok to spam with your fancy videos but clearly does not apply to interviewers.

Part of our development philosophy is to support and upskill team members as they move into management roles especially as they take on greater responsibilities in interviewing, and from past experience we believe having two managers of different experience levels in an interview can give a more balanced perspective. In our interview process we look at assessing core competencies and skills which are a requirement of our roles. We fully agree that in Sales, fresh thinking is important.       Very well structured interview process. First there is a call with HR to discuss about your experience and how you would fit in the company. Second interview is a phone call with a team lead for a role play and again assess your skills. Final interview is the continuation of the role play plus some other questions.
