Process was very structured and well conducted. Folks were available at the scheduled date+time slot everytime and that was very heartening to see. Mostly productive conversations, analysing character - depth of now-how - impact - longterm prospect and cultural fitment. Verbal go-ahead to get onboard was quite smooth and hassle free.
