Applied online, received a phone call same day. Short process asking me if I had any experience then invited to an assessment centre.
Assessment day took around 3 hours and consisted of a presentation, group task and one on one interview. Process was pretty informal and interviewer put me at ease, making the interview seem more of a conversation.
Offered a job same day.
I went for a day interview. They asked basic interview. Then I received a phone call offering me the job. The questions were things like why would you be suited here and what have you done that you are proud of?

Entretien
Was called for a phone interview, then scheduled to come in person. Took a typing test and questionnaire about how I would handle different customer service situations. Answered questions about experience and availability.
