Met at a career fair, then had a phone interview, then a virtual interview on Microsoft teams, then an in-person interview in another state (which they did not pay for my flight, or hotel), then a "final round" virtual interview. This all took course over the span of about 2 months which ended by them eventually telling me that they chose another candidate.
